Hero MotoCorp, in an statement to the stock exchanges, refutes media reports of a joint venture with SchmiedeTechnik for forged powertrain parts. The company clarifies that the news pertains to Hero Motors Limited, a separate entity unrelated to Hero MotoCorp.
