Congress chief Harshvardhan Sapkal pointed to glaring financial irregularities. “How did the cost of a single tap rise from ₹30,000 to ₹1.37 lakh? The Centre itself has asked for clarification. Clearly, the mission benefited only officials and contractors,” he said.
