Ladakh: Celebration and commemoration of “Meri Maati Mera Desh” programme begins in Kargil

In Ladakh, the celebration and commemoration of the “Meri Maati Mera Desh” programme has begun in Kargil. The Campaign began at the ICDS Project Kargil office at Inqilab Manzil Kargil where Panch Pran Pledge took place along with Hoisting the National Flag. The programme commenced with the singing of the National Anthem followed by a pledge-taking ceremony under the aegis of Meri Maati Mera Desh. NSS Volunteers of Government Degree College Kargil also took the Panch Pran Pledge under Campaign Meri Maati Mera Desh. Many such programmes were also organised at different locations in the Union Territory.
