Government tells airlines to ensure ease of travel as Tier-II, III flyers take to skies

The government is working with airlines to improve travel for all passengers. Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu met with airlines to discuss safety and passenger convenience. The focus is on making flying easier for people from both rural and urban areas. The ministry wants airlines to help first-time flyers, even those without smartphones.
