Siberia faces harshest winters; temperatures fall to minus 58 degrees celsius



Some 4,000 kilometres east of Moscow, Siberia is facing one of the harshest winters. On Tuesday (5th December , temperatures fell to minus 58 degrees celsius with snow blanketing the whole region.
